With 20 years of experience in the industry, Mandy is known for her vast knowledge in the floral industry and dark aesthetic. Her background in multimedia and design has contributed to her creativity and attention to detail. She is a small business advocate being a member of 3 business groups in Ottawa. She has a passion for educating others on all things related to flowers and plants.

Her favourite part of the design process is taking the time to get to know her clients' vision and perfectly execute high quality, custom arrangements.

She's always on the lookout for something new and different!

Kristen comes from a wholesale background, having worked for one of our in-town suppliers for many years. She knows the chain of the flower ordering process from knowing how the growers work to getting it to our front door.

She has a vast knowledge of seasonal availability and different flower varieties, giving her a vital role in our ordering process. Kristen also has a floral design background, attaining her Floral Design Certificate at Algonquin College in 2008 then proceeding to work for a florist in her hometown.

Her favourite part of the design process is witnessing customer reactions to her beautiful creations!

Trillium Floral Designs first started as a home-based business in 1989 in Diane Boyd's home. She purchased the storefront on March Road in 2000 from a previous floral shop owner that she had worked for for several years and took the Trillium name with her. While raising two daughters at the time, the shop quickly became a family affair with her husband also providing handyman services along the way. Now onto the retirement phase in her life, Diane has passed on the shop to her daughter, Mandy who has worked at the shop since she was 14.
